I have been an enthusiast about science since a little boy, probably because of both my parents working in science. I define myself as a skeptic disciple of Christ. I believe in Christ knowing full well how my beliefs are subject to multiple biases and are not to be confused with proven facts.

I have been brought to LW by HPMoR.

I'm especially interested in how to educate people about their biases to fight them on a few fronts I'm militant about: xenophobias (in order of importance to me: sexism, homophobia and racism), science denial (mostly antivaxxers and alternative medicine peddlers), political and religious ideologies and our decision-making in romantic relationships (or in life in general, but that's on this particular subjects that I probably interact the most with people about their decision-making).

I'm a web developer with a growing interest in UX and I study theology, especially ancient languages and exegesis.
